PVD 1900 Decorative Coating Machine — High-End Surface Treatment

This equipment is a standard model in the PVD 1900 series and is one of the flagship machines for high-end decorative surface treatment.

It consists primarily of four sections:

I. Vacuum Pump System
Comprising mechanical pumps, twin-screw pumps, molecular pumps, and other components.II. Vacuum Chamber

Key features:

• A completely new chamber structure design that increases chamber strength by 50% and reduces weld length by 40%.

• The vacuum-side welds are isolated from the cooling water, completely eliminating the risk of water leakage associated with conventional double-walled water-jacket chamber designs.

• The chamber side door adopts a flexible modular design, allowing arc sources, planar targets, ion sources, and other components to be installed as needed. This facilitates future functional expansion and enables target replacement and equipment maintenance from outside the chamber.

• All fixtures can be equipped with anti-contamination shields, and the planetary rack rotation speed is adjustable.

• The chamber door uses a pneumatically locked optical grating valve, with servo motor control for infinitely adjustable angles.

• Equipped with BODE two-position four-way directional valves and 7S200 series gas flow meters from Sevenstar.

III. Workpiece Loading System
The workpiece rack accommodates workpieces of various sizes. Its well-designed structure ensures balanced and reliable operation, uniform film deposition across all workpiece surfaces, and prevention of issues such as missed coating and uneven color.

IV. Control System
Featuring an integrated PLC and touchscreen design. The PLC, frequency converters, contactors, relays, and other components are sourced from imported brands including Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Weidmüller. The system supports manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic control modes, enabling process standardization and consistent product quality.
